NCIDC Council Meeting Agenda—May 2019

Monthly meetings of the Council (Board of Directors) of the Northern California Indian Development Council, Inc. (NCIDC) occur on the second Friday of each month in the Council Chambers at the NCIDC Eureka, California office located at 517 5th Street starting at 1:00 pm. The public is welcome. Accounts Payable Bookkeeper—Eureka

The Northern California Indian Development Council, INC. (NCIDC) a non-profit Corporation is accepting applications for an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper in Eureka, CA.
 

Requirements: Must have a minimum of two (2) years employment in the field ofbookkeeping/accounting. Preferred candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Accounting or BusinessAdministration. Applicant must have basic knowledge of bookkeeping, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the Abila MIP accounting software package and/or not-for-profit accounting experience. Must have the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships.

Interested applicants who have a dependable and reliable work history and wish to be included in the application pool should submit a resume, cover letter and NCIDC, Inc. job application.

Connect Postvention

There will be a Connect Postvention Training In Klamath at the Yurok Tribal Office on March 19 from  10-4 p.m. and in Eureka at the Humboldt County Office of Education on March 20 from 9-3 p.m. Slots will be limited to 30, so please fill out the registration form and submit. The training is being offered in our area for the first time at NO COST to the participants. Consider attending this training  to learn what to do after a suicide happens and how we can talk to survivors of suicide loss to promote their healing.
