Monthly meetings of the Council (Board of Directors) of the Northern California Indian Development Council, Inc. (NCIDC) occur on the second Friday of each month in the Council Chambers at the NCIDC Eureka, California office located at 517 5th Street starting at 1:00 pm. The public is welcome. Support requests and other agenda items must be submitted at least one week in advance of the meeting.
