2018 NCIDC Bylaw Revision Process

The Northern California Indian Development Council, Inc (NCIDC) is currently considering revisions to the NCIDC bylaws.

The revisions have been discussed at the Council committee level, vetted by the agency attorney, and reviewed by the full Council (Board of Directors) for the NCIDC.

The final draft is posted here for review and comment by the Membership of the NCIDC as well as the general public.

The final approval of these bylaw changes is anticipated to occur at the next general Council meeting scheduled for Feb. 9th, 2018 at 1pm in the NCIDC Eureka offices located at 241 F Street, Eureka, CA 95501.  Any input or comment on these changes should be submitted in writing to the NCIDC at this address.

Public comment will also be possible at the Feb. 9th 2018 meeting prior to approval.
